You're One Step Away From Clarity.

Project Your Longevity. Protect Your Performance.

Most people wait for pain to tell them something is wrong. We use data to tell you how to get it right.

Our $75 Assessment uses evidence-based movement screens to calculate your physical 'weak links.' Whether you are a golfer looking for more rotation or a runner looking for knee stability, this is how you train smarter, not harder

Did you know? Certain markers of grip strength, balance, and single-leg stability are the greatest predictors of long-term health and independence. We test them all.

Here's the Fix

The Return-to-Training Roadmap

This is not “a few exercises.” It’s a training-specific assessment that answers:

  • What’s actually driving the pain?

  • What movements are safe right now?
  • What should you stop doing temporarily?
  • What should you train to rebuild capacity?
  • What’s the progression to return to full training?

What you get in your Roadmap session

  • Full movement + strength assessment (training-relevant)
  • Tissue + joint screen where needed (not cookie-cutter)
  • Diagnosis clarity (what we think is going on and why)
  • A graded progression back to the lifts / training you care about
  • A focused home plan you can actually follow
  • An option for ongoing performance therapy if you want coaching and execution support

Who Is This For?

This is for you if:

  • You lift, run, golf, CrossFit, or train consistently
  • Pain is limiting your output or confidence
  • You’re tired of guessing and modifying
  • You want a plan you can execute

This is not for you if:

  • You’re only looking for a quick massage
  • You want the lowest cost PT option
  • You’re not willing to change how you’re training for a short period to rebuild capacity

If you’re modifying everything… you’re not training. You’re surviving.

You might be dealing with:

- Shoulder, knee, hip, back pain that flares every time you lift or run

- “Good weeks” followed by setbacks

- Avoiding certain movements because you don’t trust your body

- Conflicting advice from YouTube, friends, or generic PT handouts

- The fear that pushing harder will make it worse

Stop modifying. Start progressing.

Frequently asked questions

Is this just a PT evaluation?

It’s a training-specific evaluation designed to produce a usable plan—not just a diagnosis. Our trained staff of doctors will take you through a mobility assessment, a strength panel, and a challenging VO2 max prediction test. The metrics will be compared to normative data to help predict your individual "Fitness Age".

Can you work with my training program?

Absolutely, that's what makes us better than anyone else in town. We won't prescribe you a 25 minute list of generic PT exercises. We'll blend your corrective exercises into your exercise routine to ensure adherence. We’ll then adapt the progression to your goals and make collaborative adjustments to your program to "fill in the gaps".

How can weight lifters in Franklin prevent shoulder, back, and knee injuries while continuing to train?

Weight lifters in Franklin most often get injured not because they lift, but because they continue lifting without a clear progression when pain or restrictions show up.

The most common contributors we see include:

  • strength imbalances between joints or sides
  • limited shoulder or hip mobility under load
  • training volume increasing faster than tissue capacity
  • lifting through pain without understanding what’s safe vs risky

At Elevate615, we help weight lifters prevent and overcome injuries by first identifying which movements and loads your body can tolerate right now, then building a clear return-to-training plan that restores capacity without shutting down your training.

Our Return-to-Training Roadmap is designed for lifters who want to:

  • keep training safely while rehabbing
  • stop guessing which lifts to avoid
  • rebuild strength without recurring flare-ups

If you’re modifying lifts every session or dealing with the same pain cycle, a targeted assessment can save months of frustration — and future injuries.

What is the best way for runners in Franklin to prevent running injuries and stay race-ready?

For runners in Franklin, the most common injuries we see — knee pain, Achilles issues, hip pain, and shin splints — usually stem from repeated stress without adequate strength or movement support, not from running itself.

Injury prevention for runners requires more than mileage adjustments. It requires:

  • sufficient hip and calf strength
  • proper load tolerance at the ankle, knee, and hip
  • mobility that supports efficient stride mechanics
  • a plan for how to progress volume without overload

At Elevate615, we work with runners to identify breakdown risks early, correct strength or mobility gaps, and build a clear progression plan that supports both training and longevity.

Our Return-to-Training Roadmap helps runners:

  • understand what’s contributing to pain or recurring injuries
  • determine whether it’s safe to continue running during recovery
  • build strength and resilience to reduce future setbacks

Whether you’re training for a local race or simply want to keep running pain-free, a proactive assessment can be the difference between consistent training and repeated interruptions.

Do I need imaging or a doctors order first?

Since our staff are Doctors of Physical Therapy we can utilize direct access assessment, so usually no. Our staff is trained on triage, evaluation, and identifying when a referral for imaging is necessary. If we believe imaging would change the plan or we need and MD consult to confirm something is off, we’ll tell you.

What if I don’t want ongoing PT?

The Standalone Power of the Fitness Assessment

You don’t need a chronic injury to benefit from a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Our assessment is designed as a high-level "biomechanical audit" for your body. In a single session, we identify your physical "blind spots"—the subtle mobility restrictions or strength imbalances that haven't caused pain yet but are limiting your power output or setting you up for future injury.

Optimizing Your Independent Training

If you prefer to exercise on your own in your home gym or local Brentwood fitness center, we serve as your technical consultants. We don't just "fix" you; we help you adjust and optimize your current program. We can review your lifting form, tweak your running gait, or suggest specific accessory movements that integrate seamlessly into your existing routine.

Expert Insight: A single adjustment to your squat mechanics or shoulder positioning from a DPT can be the difference between hitting a PR and hitting a plateau.

The Value of Elite Supervision

While our assessments provide immediate clarity for the independent athlete, many clients in Franklin and Brentwood ultimately choose to transition into our supervised performance training. There is a profound difference between "working out" and training under the direct supervision of a Doctor of Physical Therapy. When every rep is coached by an expert in human movement:

Precision: You move with 100% efficiency, ensuring no energy is wasted.

Safety: We catch compensations in real-time before they lead to "tweak" or strain.

Results: We use clinical data to push your limits safely, projecting your fitness age and maximizing your longevity.

Whether you come in for a one-time $75 Performance Audit to sharpen your self-guided routine or decide to commit to an elite training partnership, our goal is to give you the clarity and confidence to stay active for the long haul.
